Well, our pink -- ahem, Behr's Shell Ginger -- bathroom is finally finished! I painted the brown mirror white to lighten things up a bit, and I distressed it using an "antique style" ink pad -- a technique I borrowed from The House of Smiths (genius, and so easy!) The glass cabinet knobs and wooden chest are from Hobby Lobby, and I collected the planters on past thrifting trips. The shower curtain can be found at Urban Outfitters -- here -- and the Mr. and Mrs. Squirrel portraits are by Berkley Illustration -- aren't they funny? And I've been looking for just the right place in our house to frame the Hominy Grill postcard we got on our trip to Charleston last summer -- it seemed to fit in well with this tiny pink space!
Overall, I'm super happy with the way the room turned out. It's a little on the girly side, but it's warm and welcoming -- just what a guest bathroom should be!
